I lead with enthusiasm and energy, inspiring people to push themselves and strive for better. I’m not afraid to challenge the status quo, asking "why" to encourage fresh thinking and continuous improvement. I empower my team to work autonomously, but step in and take ownership when needed. Recognising that everyone is different, I adapt my approach to bring out the best in each individual, leading by example and getting hands-on when required. I create opportunities for people to grow, pushing them to upskill and step outside their comfort zones, raising the bar for themselves and the team. My decision-making is data and behaviour-driven, and I thrive on tackling complex problems, it's why I enjoy working in the challenging world of finance and regulation.

To me, innovation means solving problems in new, meaningful, and user-centered ways by blending creativity with strategic thinking. It’s not just about making something look better. It’s about rethinking how things work, feel, and fit into people’s lives, often challenging assumptions to deliver more effective solutions. What worked in the past won’t always work again, so I encourage my team, and those around me, to explore diverging ideas before converging on the right solution. I believe innovation thrives when we approach problems with fresh eyes and a willingness to rethink the obvious. As a design leader, I’m driven to add moments of delight into everything we create, ensuring the experiences we deliver aren’t just functional but enjoyable and engaging. For me, true innovation connects the practical with the emotional, creating solutions that not only solve problems but resonate with people in meaningful ways.
